Welcome to Great American Locomotion, home to The Gal Line . We are a cottage industry that's mission it is to supply garden scale model railroaders with quality designs and parts for kitbashing. Our Gal Line projects are of the craftsmen type, meaning that a degree of modeling skill is helpful. By no means does this require you to be an expert. You just need the desire to complete the project. As a lifelong model maker, I have found that desire is the most important tool on my work bench.The remaining tools and skills come with pratice and support.. Our projects come not only with the parts and instructions, but with the support you may need. You don't have to build by yourself. Take the project to any level of detail you desire. It's up to you. The parts section of our website contains open stock items from Great American Locomotion and other suppliers. Our hope is that this section will grow with each new project and from your input.
